Viber Desktop is now on Windows and Mac

Before now Viber has been one of my favorite mobile app, it let’s one connect with friends and family. With Viber you can make free Viber-to-Viber calls, send text messages, share photos and video messages. But all these things were limited to just mobile phones. Viber apps for iOS, Android, Windows Phone, Blackberry, Nokia and Bada have been in use for long now.

But recently, Viber has announced the release of Viber for Windows and Mac. Viber Desktop is a version of the Viber app that runs on a Windows PC or Mac PC. It lets you make free voice/video calls and send free messages to anyone anywhere in the world. Viber desktop extends the use of this great app to the computer, so you don’t have to miss your calls or messages when you are on a PC.

Download Viber for Mac (OS 10.7 and Up).

After downloading and installing Viber for Windows or Mac, enter your phone number and start connecting. With Viber desktop for Windows and Mac, you can switch between your mobile devices and PC. You can make and receive calls on your PC and send or share photos as well. Viber desktop let’s you do everything you could ordinarily do on your mobile on PC.
