Using WhatsApp for businesses

Many people who have heard of WhatsApp won’t have it down as an app which is used by businesses; however, it’s amazing how much it could actually help your company. As long as they have your phone number, they will be able to contact you on WhatsApp. You can keep a log of all the images and videos which have been sent to you from each user, and if you want to customise your profile, you can change the profile picture and add a status.
