As a blogger and a web designer my tasks always conflict from time to time. So how do I manage my time and resources well not to always run into such conflicts? Then I started searching for management tools I can use to manage both my time and resources and I really found a lot I ended up loving. So I am going to share them with you today hoping you too can benefit from it and manage yourself better. Because well your actions will be well optimized if you are well managed.
Management Tools:
Huddle Management Tool: Huddle management tool is a simple online collaboration and project management tool that provides you with a secure online (virtual) workspaces with useful project and collaboration tools to manage projects online. Create, edit and manage tasks and files from within the web browser. Huddle management tool has a free trial service and premium services too.
Urge.me Management Tool: Urge.me is a management tool that sends you reminders through email for tasks you need to carry out. So if you are a bit on the forgetful side, you don’t need to worry much any longer as you can now make use of this powerful management tool to schedule reminders on important tasks you need to carry out. Urge.me is definitely in the list of my best management tools.
Genwi Management Tool: Genwi is a Management tool that allows users to publish their feeds to one profile and follow other’s feeds. The unique thing about Genwi is that it offered a suite of social networking features built into the RSS reader, this allows users to be able to add friends, send messages, leave comments and share individual feeds items.
Twuffer Management Tool: Twuffer management tools allows Twitter users to compose a list od future tweets and schedule their release. Twuffer is designed for anyone who has a need to schedule pre-written, post-dated tweets. Twuffer is definitely one of my best Twitter management tools.
Task2Gather Management Tool: Task2Gather is a free online service for task and project management that organizes your personal, family, social and business lives by keeping all your commitments in one place.
Picasa Photo Management Tool: Picasa Photo management tool is my favorite photo management tool which helps me organize, edit and share my photos.
