The HP Slate 7 mini-tablet is the first venture into the Android world by the computer giants – HP.  HP who public announced they will discontinue in the production of the Touchpad has reversed their decision and is now back at making tablets with an Android Model named Slate 7.

The HP Slate 7 which will be sold for just $169 starting this April will have to compete with the likes of Amazon Kindle Fire and Nexus 7. So let’s see the specification of the HP Slate 7 mini-tablet…

Wow !Mavtravor this is a good news to Hp gadget lovers around the globe.Even i myself do love their products for quality and ruggedness, most of their products do have a second hand usage. But after scanning through the specifications of this their latest tablet(Hp slate 7) i began to have a faint interest on some of the specifications which are not included in this Hp slate 7 and which are found in the leading tablet giants like apple, galaxy tab, nexus and Amazon kindle fire.So this are the missing specifications on slate 7:
    No 3G network
I don’t like the Android jelly bean, i prefer android ice cream.
    No GPS.
    No Geo tagging.
No loud speakers or alert type.
Nwosu do you think Hp slate 7 will be equal to task or compete in the android market, well i wish them the best.

Definitely, after all its from HP…only the brand name alone is enough to push the product far.

    Hi Mavtrevor,

Performance specs looks quite decent though the thick bezel and awkwardly curved back won’t do it justice for trendy consumers. I would prefer an edge to edge glass front and a flat or only slightly curved back.

I wouldn’t bother much about the looks but more on the configuration…..thanks for your comment though.

You can decide that which device you want to buy:
Smartphone, laptop or tablet. But I think Tablet device is best for the businessman because of many reason. Many branded company sell their tablet but you should take a look on some tablet review site before you buy it so that it will help you to have some knowledge about its feature, its benefit, U can compare them for justifying that which of them is best.

http://whattabletisthebest.com/ is a same liked site where many people said their experience, review and comments about using tablets. You also can take a look on there.
