How to install a Stock ROM on a phone
After downloading the right Stock ROM for your device, Different phone models have different methods of restoring to its Stock ROMs, Samsung phones firmware files are flashed through tool called Odin. Sony has their flashtool to flash firmware. Similarly HTC has RUU wizard namely Rom Update Utility.
For HTC Android phone it is a bit simpler, simply connect your device via a USB to your PC and run the RUU exe file and wait for your device to complete the installation. Reboot your device to its original Stock ROM.
