The introduction of cloud apps has really enabled people to get their eyes off those fixed computer screens and to get a life! The ever developing cloud apps have made managing, storing and sharing all the documentations easier. From creating Word document to sharing spreadsheets to storing videos, what is left to be done through cloud apps? There are really big names in the cloud world right now with newer inclusions almost every day.  However, the following are the top cloud apps which can practically make life something better.

Gmail

If you do not have a Gmail account, you do not have a Gmail account. It is that inevitable these days. Besides its reliability and the availability of Google services, the best thing about Gmail would be the absolute spam-free experience that makes our lives a lot easier.

iCloud

Do Apple users love iCloud? It seems they won’t be able to imagine their iOS use without this app. You can keep all your stuff stored and secured, even if you lose you iPhone or Mac somehow.

Google Drive

Google Drive is definitely to be topping the list. For creating documents, editing and sharing spreadsheets, storing data, photos, videos are possible with it. It holds the power to be a virtual office with all the needed features. Moreover, you can share this virtual office with your colleagues and friends in order to collaborate on any project.

It enables a user to get a domain name along with the options to store and share all their written contents, photos and media files you want to post on your blog. This is another top-notch cloud app that helps people to do everything that can be done with an office suit without being at the office at all.

This is nothing but one must-have app for people who would like some help in managing their expenses. This app keeps track of all of their financial accounts and records things proficiently.

    Oh! I was using some of these services like Google Drive, Gmail, DropBox, WordPress and it has really helped to live happier.

    It appears there were Apple users in your mind while writing this post, but here we are some who enjoy Android. Hope you’ll come up with some useful cloud apps for Android users too!

    I only made use of gmail and dropbox, have heard not try others, will love to check out google drive and pandora.

    Thank you all for your comments! My favorite cloud apps are Google Drive, WordPress and Quicken Online (try the last one, it’s really great). If you’ve used some other cloud apps please share your experience – I would be glad to hear from you.

    Great list !!! Many of us use Gmail, Google Drive, WordPress and Dropbox for Cloud Storage. For Android users there are some more apps like SugarSync, Box and SkyDrive. These are also great app for storage.
