Free social media automation methods:
Every blogger knows the importance of automating his blog tweets. As a blogger you may not have all the time to manually update your tweets every now and then, so finding a good free social media automation method will be a great idea. I am going to share some of the ways I automated my blog tweets so as to keep my followers engaged and updated without having to spend all my time on Twitter and other social media networks.
As bloggers we mostly rely on search engine traffic but we cannot undermine the social media traffic. Social media traffic has become quite popular as it is easier for friends of common interest to share posts of same interest. So I explore this source of traffic but I do not have all the time to manually update my followers every now and then, so I discovered quite a good number of both premium and free social media automation services that can be used to automate blog tweets and have decided to share them with you.
IFTTT: Ifttt is a powerful web service that offers a way to automate tasks. Ifttt lets you automate common tasks on the internet using simple trigger response – If this happens, then do that. Most social media networks such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Buffer, RSS Feeds, Flickr, Instagram, WordPress, Evernote, and Tumblr are represented, and tasks can be triggered across networks. For example if you publish a post on your blog, you can program Ifttt to instantly publish it on Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn etc. You can as well schedule your tasks using this web service.
You can customize tasks on the service or sift through an extensive catalog of tasks to find one that suits your needs. My personal favorite is a creation I cobbled together that will post a new tweet every time i publish a new post on my blog.
I hope you find this service great like i did. You can make your life easier by using Ifttt. There are numerous social media networks represented in this service. Take advantage of this social media automation service.
TwitterFeed: TwitterFeed is a simple tool that can be used to automatically publish RSS feeds to your social media networks. All you need to do is add RSS feeds to your social media network accounts like Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn etc. TwitterFeed will then automatically share your feed items to all your network accounts.
Free tweet exchange services: Free tweet exchange services is quite an easy method of getting your tweets retweeted by others in exchange for your retweets. You sign up normally with your Twitter account, earn credits by retweeting other people’s tweets, then you enter your own and use the credits you’ve earned to entice them to retweet yours. Some great free tweet exchange services i know and have used includes easyretweet.com, retweet.it and retweet.org etc.
